The Glow Up Group Founder, Justine is an accredited lash technician, who has been operating her successful lash business for eight years.
With over 20 years dedicated to a career in management and marketing, Justine was seeking something new to add to her professional journey. She decided to explore the beauty industry and completed her lash qualification, she honestly thought she would only lash as a side hustle, little did she know that it would evolve into a full-time endeavour, leading to the establishment of a thriving lash business.
Fast forward to today, Justine made the decision to develop the Glow Up Group to share her experience, skills and knowledge through a comprehensive Online Eyelash Extension Course, 1:1 Training/Mentoring, and Business and Marketing Services for emerging lash techs and business owners in general. Justine still lashes part-time (she could never give up lashing), however there is so much more to the Lash Industry and she wants to share from her experience on how to become a successful business owner.
Justine will share her insights and experience gained from 20 years in management and marketing plus eight years in the lash industry to help others build profitable and sustainable businesses. Justine also holds her Dip. in Management, Dip. in Multimedia (Graphic Design), and Cert. IV in Training and Assessment.
